Do you need help making a change?
Dr. Johnson is a board certified life coach. She works with clients to help them achieve developmental transitions and to articulate their dreams and translate these into measurable, attainable goals. She accompanies the client on the journey, helping to facilitate it, but the client sets the course. Dr. Johnson works with her clients to achieve long and short term goals through conversations, questions, and tools that will hopefully help to find answers, directions, plans, and motivation to move attitudes into actions.

Samantha Berkule Johnson, Ph.D.
I am a developmental transitions life coach. I have a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Yeshiva University, a B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University, and I obtained my Board Certified Coach (B.C.C.) credential from the Institute for Life Coach Training. I have over a decade of experience in parenting coaching, as well as research with parents, children, families, and students. I have also been teaching and working with students at the college and university level for over fifteen years.
I live with my husband, son, and our dog in northern Westchester, and work in person within the tri-state area as well as via telephone and video chat. Besides being a coach, professor, wife, and mother, I am also a private pilot. Learning to fly was one of the most challenging things I've ever tried to do, and achieving the goal of getting my license was one of my proudest moments. I am proud to say that I utilized principles of coaching to achieve this goal. I love flying, learning about aviation, and thinking about how it relates to coaching.
